At Rise, we develop unique nanotechnology eyewear solutions. Our innovative filtering system blocks harmful sunlight wavelengths, reducing the risk of diabetes-related eye diseases – such as cataracts and retinopathy. Rise’s innovative technology can benefit the public at large, providing protection against harmful wavelengths in a wide variety of applications.

Inas Said – CEO
Inas Said is a founder and the CEO of Rise Nano Optics. He also currently serves as the chairman of the board at Sensai Ltd.
Mr. Said is a hi-tech professional and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in a multinational environment. He is the co-founder of Galil Software and Amwal Financial Services, and served in a variety of capacities at Siemens, Nokia, Stratus Technologies, and ECI Telecom, in Germany, the U.S., and Israel.
Mr. Said is an Electrical & Electronics Engineer, and holds an M.Sc. from TU Braunschweig, Germany, an Executive MBA from the Kellogg Business School of Northwestern University, Chicago, and is a Doctoral Candidate in Business Administration at the University of Portsmouth, UK.

Musa Abu Hilu – CTO
Musa Abu Hilu is the Chief Technical Officer of Rise Nano Optics.
Mr. Abu Hilu is a researcher and expert in the area of nanotechnology, specializing in the synthesis and advanced characterization of nanometer particles.

Naim Shehadeh is a Professor at the Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.
Professor Shehadeh is an internationally-recognized diabetes expert. He Serves as the Director of the Institute of Diabetes, Endocrinology and Metabolism and Head of the Pediatric Diabetes Clinic, Rambam Medical Center, Haifa, and as the President of the Israel Diabetes Association.

Prof. Ido Perlman, Ph.D.

Ido Perlman is a Professor Emeritus of Physiology & Biophysics at the Bruce Rappaport Faculty of Medicine, Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, Haifa.
Professor Perlman is a world-renowned researcher in the field of retinal physiology and diseases.
