Prescription Eyewear

Certain authorized ECPs and other qualified customers may use this website to order prescription eyewear.

Prescription eyewear purchased through this website is sold by Rise Nano Optics, Inc. Rise may select and engage an authorized optical laboratory to manufacture and fulfill an order.

The selected optical laboratory fabricates and completes the finished prescription eyewear and serves as the manufacturer of the finished device for the applicable order.

The ordering ECP remains responsible for the prescription, measurements, lens and frame selection, fitting, dispensing, and other professional services provided to the patient.

Neither Rise's acceptance of an order nor manufacture of the eyewear by an authorized optical laboratory constitutes independent verification by Rise of the clinical appropriateness of the prescription, lens selection, or other professional decision made by the ordering ECP.
